Shipping policy

Our products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers, allowing us to offer a wide selection of quality products at competitive prices. Because of this, delivery times may be longer than those of traditional local retailers. We appreciate your patience and are committed to keeping you informed throughout the shipping process.

We currently ship within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer shipping to international destinations, including Canada, Mexico, or other countries outside the United States.

Shipping Rates

Enjoy FREE shipping on orders of $20 or more. For orders under $20, a flat shipping fee of $3.99 applies.

Order Processing

Orders are usually prepared within 1-5 business days after your purchase is confirmed. Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.

If an item is temporarily unavailable or on backorder, processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed of any significant delays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Time

Your order is expected to arrive within 8–15 business days or sooner, depending on your location and carrier processing times.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package is on its way, we'll send you an email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to appear after the shipping email is sent.

If you haven't received your package within 15 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at prodeals25@gmail.com. Be sure to include your name and order number so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Delayed Deliveries
